I respect you Kevin. You are one of my hero’s. I turned 50 on May the 4th…so I am not an obsessed teenager. I respect you for your work. I respect you for your integrity and your contributions to society as a whole. About ten years ago I was in South Dakota. I stopped at the museum where “Dances With Wolves” is a main prop. attraction. I didn’t get to see the horse (they had taken him to the vet that day)….but I saw a lot. I am fond of all of your movie work. “Dances With Wolves” and “JFK” are probably my favorites. I want to thank you for doing historical work that you have done and I look forward to seeing the “Hatfield’s and Macoy’s. Keep up the good work man….and take care of those seven kids (I know most of them are grown…but try not to lose the connection). I thank you for being one of my American Hero’s. I played softball most of my life (from 14 until about 40) and I had the good fortune of being on a team that never had a losing season. Those memories will stay with me forever as will your work. You and Michael Landon, Patrick Swayze, my softball coach, Tommy Stogner, and my Uncle, Lemuel Eugene Woodward, (who just turned 89 on May 6th) are my male hero’s. Uncle Gene was in the 179th infantry division in WW II. Yesterday he took the Washington tour. I think I was more thrilled for him than he was himself. I love you man. And I mean like a “humanity” love. I thank you for the immense pleasure that you have brought into my life. I feel like you are a good man. May God continue to bless you. I just saw you on Anderson. Best wishes and luck for the future. – Always a fan….Paula L. Wise
